Terri Ward, 200-hr Yoga Alliance certified through Jala Yoga, came to yoga in 2012 as a means of deepening her meditation practice and connecting with her essential self. A poet and Reiki II Master Practitioner, she quickly fell in love with yoga as a nourishing and gentle force for wholeness and transformation in her life. Although her primary style of practice is Vinyasa, Terri also teaches Gentle Yoga and Deep Relaxation yoga. She enjoys exploring other styles of yoga to share with her students and is passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of a consistent yoga practice on and off the mat. Through yoga and meditation, Terri helps individuals of all backgrounds connect with and blossom into the wisdom, strength, and wholeness of their beautiful essential self.
