Joanne Warco

Joanne recently completed her RYT200 certification with Jala Yoga. After a lifetime of rigorous physical activity, Joanne became increasing aware that she was in need of an activity that could help build strength while at the same time increase flexibility. She states that “I turned to yoga for access to joint flexibility, but the added benefits of mental clarity and overall spiritual and psychological well being kept me coming back for more.” Joanne looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the mind, body and soul connections as she teaches what she loves.
