Cure for Sore Muscles

Feeling Sore? Muscles really letting you know they exist? Try rubbing 1/2 cup olive or sesame oil on your whole body. Starting with the feet, work your way up, rubbing in smooth strokes on your limbs and back, clockwise round strokes on your joint and stomach. You don’t have to rub too deeply, but stroke each section seven times before moving on. Let the oil sit for 20 min – 2 hours, then shower it off (no soap) and blot dry. This releases toxins built up in the muscles and leaves your skin super soft.
