Theresa Trainor

Theresa has been teaching for Jala Yoga since completing her 200-hour teacher training in January 2014. She has practiced yoga her entire adult life, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Bikram yoga. She loves how yoga and meditation offer the opportunity for increased self-awareness, relaxation, and the freedom to focus on the still-point in one’s life. Teaching yoga has become a way for Theresa to contribute to the wellness and spiritual growth in her community – an opportunity for which she’s very grateful.
