Matthew Thompson

As a trainer dedicated to helping his community avoid the risks and detriment associated with the obesity and poor lifestyle that he lived through. Matt looked into on yoga in 2015 hoping to add foundation, flexibility, and mobility to his practice and that of his clients. What he found helped him evolve far beyond his physical practice and into virtually every aspect of his being. It has since become one of his passions to better his ability to hold space for whatever yoga becomes for those that mesh with his practices.
