Erin completed her 200 hour teacher training under Christa Mastrangelo Joyce at Jala Yoga in 2016. She began practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to manage stress and become more aware of her body. Through the ebbs and flows of life, yoga has helped her focus her mind, reduce anxiety, and gain strength and flexibility. These transformations in her own life inspired her to deepen her study of yoga, and to share that knowledge with others.
Erin’s classes offer flowing, vinyasa-style movement, paired with the breath. She loves offering her students the opportunity to try new things.
