Ashley came to yoga in 2011 with a general curiosity about the practice. She found Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown, WV, and eventually began a steady practice that she soon relied heavily on. She enjoys the feeling of both strength and flexibility she gains from the practice, and its ability to settle the mind. Ashley completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Christa Mastrangelo Joyce in 2016. In her lighthearted classes you will find a flowing practice that links the breathe with poses, creating both strength and flexibility in the body that hopefully leaves you smiling.
