Jonathan started practicing yoga 9 years ago at Jala Yoga’a Mellow Room studio. Back then Jonathan was a once a week practitioner. Now his yoga practice is a daily discipline. He found a deep connection to community within yoga classes. He also felt inspired to challenge himself physically and mentally through his practice. Now that great feeling is something that he shares with others through teaching. He is a RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher through Christa Mastrangelo Joyce’s 2018 Jala Yoga teacher training.
